Students in grades 6-12 may now apply for opportunities to serve on the Superintendent's Student Advisory Commission.
The Student Advisory Commission will consist of 16 students from Waukegan Public Schools’ middle schools and high schools. The commission will meet monthly with Superintendent Plascencia and members of her staff to discuss ways to improve student experiences and opportunities in Waukegan.
Any student attending a Waukegan District 60 middle school or high school is eligible to apply. The application can be accessed here. Deadline for applications is Friday, November 3.
