The Board of Education's April 18, 2023 Special Closed Session, Student Achievement and Operation Services committee meetings were rescheduled to Thursday, April 20, 2023 due to an unexpected lack of quorum.
Following the decision to reschedule the meetings, notices and agendas for the meetings were duplicated, redated and reissued on our District’s BoardDocs website, as well as on the exterior bulletin board at Lincoln Center.
During the course of the duplication, the agenda for the Student Achievement Committee meeting was inadvertently deleted from the system, and needed to be re-created.
While the agenda was recreated and attachments re-uploaded, there was a period of time Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning where the agenda was not current and finalized.
As of 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, the agenda was made current. The items that temporarily were not posted are all informational items for which no final action will take place and which may still be discussed or presented as information items, in compliance with the Open Meetings Act.
The original agendas were available the afternoon of Sunday, April 16, and remained available until the inadvertent deletion.
The notice and agenda for the Operation Services Committee meeting was not impacted, nor was the notice for the Student Achievement Committee meeting. Those documents were duplicated and reissued without an issue.
We apologize to those individuals who attempted to access the Student Achievement Committee agenda during the time it contained incomplete information.
On April 20, 2023 the Student Achievement and Operation Services committee meetings will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m in the Lincoln Center Board Room.
