Special Recognitions and Presentations

-Spotlight on 60 showcased Carman-Buckner’s PBIS initiatives.  

-WHS students presented to the Board on a recent project about food waste, and how the District can assist with their efforts. 


Action Items

-The Board of Education voted to authorize payment for annual fire alarm inspection services provided by Contech Fire Alarm Services, Inc. in the amount of $31,995.

-The Board of Education voted to sign a contract with Team Reil to furnish and install a new playground at Little Fort Elementary School in the amount of $98,723.

-The Board of Education voted to purchase a 2017 Ford Explorer from Golf Mill Ford for $24,500 for use by the Crisis Intervention and Safety Department.

-The Board of Education voted to purchase two (2) Ford Sprinter Vans for a total amount of $124,826 from Golf Mill Ford for use by the WPS60 Child Nutrition department.


Personnel Items

-The Board of Education voted to approve the appointments, resignations and retirements of 20 employees. 


Information Items

The Board reviewed revisions to Policy 5301-Graduation Requirements and Policy 5201-Curriculum.
