Our District's voluntary COVID-19 testing program with our new testing partner, Achieve Health Management  (AHM) begins next week. As we prepare to launch this new program, we want to share some important reminders and details about the process, as well as share information about employment opportunities for parents.

There is no cost associated with the testing, and testing is completely voluntary. Individuals with insurance will be asked to submit insurance information, but no one will be turned away, regardless of whether they have insurance or not.

Pre-Testing Requirements

Any staff member who will be testing will need to complete the consent and registration form that was sent earlier this week via CrisisGo. Parents will be required to complete the consent and registration forms for their children, if they would like their children to test. Parents should have received consent and registration forms via email as well. Students will not be permitted to test without a parent-signed consent form.  Pre-registration is highly encouraged to ensure we are prepared to conduct testing with adequate resources and staffing.

Testing Schedules and Locations

Beginning April 5, all school buildings will conduct testing at the nurse’s office/ nurse’s center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, through Thursday. Any changes in locations will be communicated by individual schools. Staff members who work in non-school buildings (Welcome Center, Lincoln Center, Operations Building, etc…) will need to visit one of our schools during the appropriate hours to be tested.

AHM Employment Opportunities for Parents

Achieve Health Management is looking to hire parents to assist with the testing procedures. Interested parents will be trained by AHM and can earn up to $20 an hour for part time work. See attached flier for more information.

If you have questions about the process please reach out to Ms. Ros Harrison at [email protected]

Ros Harrison a [email protected].
