Our District's Black Parent Network (BPN) will be hosting a virtual meeting later this month for parents interested in learning more about the BPN’s mission and resources, as well as connect with other WPS60 families. 

The meeting will take place Wednesday, February 23 at 6 p.m. on Google Meet. Interested families can join the meeting here. 

The intention of the Black Parent Network is to help stakeholders build rapport with Black and African American families to encourage trust and relationships with the goal of fostering school success from PreK to graduation. The BPN will promote cultural bridges between Waukegan Public Schools, Black and African American students, guardians, parents, and their families.
