Our District is partnering with Passport Health to offer Pediatric COVID-19 vaccines to Waukegan Public Schools students ages 5-11. Students will receive the Pfizer vaccine at Whittier Elementary School, 901 N. Lewis Ave. on Friday, December 17.  Appointments will be available between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on that date. A second dose will be scheduled to be administered on January 7. Please note that vaccine appointments are limited.

We are asking that families not share this information outside of our school District. The event on December 17 is targeted for Waukegan Public Schools students only. 

Parents are required to attend the vaccination appointment along with their children. Passport Health has created a short document with additional relevant information. Thank you for your time, and we look forward to seeing you on December 17.

Nuestro Distrito se está asociando con Passport Health (Pasaporte Salud) para ofrecer vacunas pediátricas de COVID-19 a estudiantes de las Escuelas Públicas entre las edades de 5-11. Los estudiantes van a recibir la vacuna de Pfizer en la Escuela Elemental Whittier, 901 N. Lewis Ave. el viernes, 17 de diciembre. Habrá citas disponibles entre las  3:30 p.m. a 7:30 p.m. en esa fecha. Una segunda dosis será programada para ser administrada el 7 de enero. Tenga en cuenta que las citas para las vacunas son limitadas.

Le pedimos a las familias el no compartir esta información fuera de nuestro Distrito.  El evento del 17 de diciembre está dirigido hacía los estudiantes de las Escuelas Públicas Waukegan solamente.
