The Board of Education approved amendments to the following policies: Policy 3509 Vehicle Use, and Policy 6046, Prohibition Against Bullying.
The Board of Education approved the engagement of Franczek PC to represent the District in a special education due process matter and for purposes of providing legal advice to the General Counsel or the General Counsel's designee from time to time on general school law and labor matters to support the efficient and timely management of the District's legal needs at an estimated cost of $50,000.
The Board of Education voted to approve the School Improvement Plans for all 22 schools for the 2021-22 school year.
The Board of Education voted to approve partial facility usage fees for LCCCA concerts that will take place on November 13, 2021 and December 5, 2021. These events will be held at Brookside Campus in the Trapp Auditorium. The total value of the waiver for both events is $2,051.50.

The Board of Education voted to reclassify the position of Senior Legal Compliance Officer to that of Deputy General Counsel. There is no cost associated with the reclassification.
