The monthly Operational Services & Student Achievement committee meetings of the Board of Education will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in-person in the Lincoln Center Board Room, 1201 N. Sheridan Road.

Attendance at the meeting will be determined based upon capacity limits. Attendees will be required to comply with COVID-related health and safety protocols, including required face coverings. In compliance with COVID-related health and safety protocols, vaccinated individuals will be asked to maintain a 3-foot social distance, while unvaccinated individuals will be asked to maintain a 6-foot distance from others.

The Board Meeting will also be broadcasted live on the District’s YouTube channel.  https://www.youtube.com/waukeganpublicschools.

Additionally, the Board will host a Special Meeting on Monday, September 20, 2021. The meeting will be in Closed Session beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Room 120 at Lincoln Center for the purpose of discussing annual contractual goals for the Superintendent. This meeting will be held in Closed Session. No official Board action will be taken at this meeting.
