During the Open Session portion of the November 10 Regular Board Meeting, a higher-than-expected number of individuals attempted to join the virtual meeting. As a result of more than 250 individuals joining, the meeting room reached its limit, and no Board business was conducted. The Board is officially in recess and will reconvene at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 12. 

The November 12 meeting will be conducted remotely via GoToWebinar. Members of the public can join the meeting from a computer, tablet or smartphone by visiting

The meeting will feature a Public Comment portion. Members of the public wishing to address the Board are asked to sign up prior to the meeting, using the following form: https://forms.gle/XCjVzjTiBABjb3qn9. Speakers will be called upon in the order in which they signed up. The ITS Department recommends that individuals signing up for public comment use a mobile device (Smartphone or Tablet) to login and watch the meeting, as it will make it possible to speak during public comment. If you do not have a mobile device and are planning to use a personal computer, you will be able to view and listen to the meeting, however, please be aware that your microphone may not be able to be unmuted.  Anyone signing up for public comment is also encouraged to submit their comments in writing to [email protected], in case of any technical issues.
